“Not a Chair, But a Factory for Children”

LTS Teknoloji Grup rolled up its sleeves once again to open its doors to children, bringing them face-to-face with real production.

As part of the third edition of the traditional “Little Trichologists” gathering, children donned specially tailored aprons and participated in shampoo production themselves.

Trichologist Talat Sam, Chairman of LTS Teknoloji Grup, stated:
"We are used to adults handing over their chairs to children on April 23rd. To encourage the children who are the guarantee of our future, we temporarily handed over the factory to them, allowing them to observe every stage of shampoo production firsthand."

In celebration of National Sovereignty and Children’s Day on April 23, while it is customary for adults to hand over their chairs to children, LTS Teknoloji Grup went a step further by giving them the factory. To connect children with real shampoo production, the company opened its doors to children for the third consecutive year.

The event took place at GeoMass R&D Laboratory, which focuses on producing personalized shampoos to fully prevent hair loss. This year, students from Erdoğan Şahinoğlu Primary and Secondary School participated in the third Little Trichologists gathering. During the event, the children received information about shampoos, wore specially tailored white aprons, and actively took part in production.

Emphasizing the importance of the event, Trichologist Talat Sam said:
"We are used to adults handing over their chairs to children on April 23rd. To encourage our children—the promise of the future—we temporarily handed over the factory to them and allowed them to see every stage of shampoo production. We will continue to welcome children to our factory in the coming years as part of April 23 celebrations."

Sam added that the initiative aims to introduce children—who grow up increasingly dependent on computers—to real-life experiences:
"Today, our children had the opportunity to examine shampoo production in all its stages at our factory. By contributing to production with their own hands, the children enjoyed fun and educational hours. By hosting the scientists of the future, we are taking children out of virtual entertainment and introducing them to the real world."

Students witnessed every step of the shampoo production process, including filling and labeling, and were gifted the products they helped create. Each child received a personalized “Trichologist” certificate and took commemorative photos at the production facility.
